At this stage of the game, Conner is constantly bonking his head on everything in sight. He is soooooooo busy!!!! He's still army crawling, but can also get up on all fours and move a little that way, too. Army crawling is faster, and therefore, his preferred mode of transportation. He is all over the house, pulling himself up to stand (today I found him standing in his crib after his nap). He's a pretty happy little guy most of the time, and very determined to get where he wants to go--which makes picture taking quite a chore.
Today I decided to give it a shot (note the pun) and this is what we ended up with.
Lovin' that fire enginel
choo-choo
hmmm...so serious (looking at the toy I have that he obviously wants!)
and every time I gave it to him, it went straight into his mouth...

but we still got a couple with and empty mouth...
I also wanted to throw in a couple of cute picts of him in the tub. He LOVES the tub. He gets really excited when we go in the bathroom, because maybe he'll get to take a bath. Unfortunately his excitement also makes it hard to get him undressed, and he gets a little frustrated until he's finally in and splashing like crazy.
*In other news, Dallon is doing really well in Kindergarten. He's keeping up academically with his classmates, and we've noticed an amazing improvement in his social skills (although its not always the good things he brings home). He has learned how to be bossy to his little brother (who of course will not be bossed around) and has learned to then tattle on him when he doesn't comply. At least he's doing things kids his age typically do.
*Jace is doing really well in his early intervention class. He's learning all of his preschool concepts, as well as getting much needed speech therapy--which is going very well. His speech is getting clearer, and he is expressing himself without being as physical. He has come a long way in the last few months in that area--and he should catch up to his peers before he goes to Kindergarten.
*Chris has returned to work, and is functioning well there. We are still trying to cope with his hearing loss, but we are beginning to accept it, and are trying to figure out better ways of communicating with each other.
*I'm finally getting some more sleep--Conner has been my worst sleeper at this age. He is finally only waking 1-2 times a night (instead of 3-4 a couple of weeks ago). We'll keep at it, and soon I won't be as sleep deprived anymore.
Hope all is well with everyone! I will try to get more pictures posted of all 3 boys soon.
